Carbon Fiber Unidirectional Fabric(UD Carbon Cloth)

Carbon Fiber Unidirectional (UD) Fabric is a high-performance structural material where at least 90% of the carbon fibers run in a single direction (longitudinally). A very thin thermoplastic or hot-melt grid thread is used across the width to hold the parallel carbon strands neatly in place. Because the fibers are completely straight and non-woven, there is no crimping or bending, allowing the fabric to deliver the absolute maximum strength and stiffness possible along that primary direction
